Wealth Beyond Reason and LOA

I have been a member of Wealth Beyond Reason for years, long before the creator, Bob Doyle, appeared in the hit movie “The Secret”.

In fact, Bob was the first to introduce me to the now ubiquitous term “Law of Attraction” (LOA for short).

If you are reading this you probably have seen “The Secret”. If you haven’t then you should check it out.

One of the complaints of those who have studied the LOA and even those who appeared in the movie was that it gave an oversimplified version of how this “law” works in the real world.

There have been many who have come out with courses that expound on what you see in the movie in an attempt to make it work for real people like you and me.

Many are good, but I find that Bob’s Wealth Beyond Reason program is one of the best. He is a master at teaching this material in a way that is easy to absorb and just makes sense.

Meditation Can Cure!

I am currently reading The UltraMind Solution: Fix Your Broken Brain by Healing Your Body First by Mark Hyman and can’t put it down.

You simply must read this book as it will make you look at all disease in a different way.

Dr. Hyman points out that most doctors diagnose a person who is sick by looking at their symptoms and then assigns a disease based on those symptoms.  Once a diagnosise is made, then usually a drug is prescribed and that is that; end of story.

But is it?  The book points to the fact that even though you and I may have the same disease, the cause may be different.

The basic premise is that the cause is usually a deficiency in vitamins, minerals, omega 3s, etc.  I greatly simply this and you must read the book to get the full picture.

But what I just read prompted me to write this post.  He stated that one of the many reasons that deep breathing, relaxation and meditation can help with depression and other brain related illnesses is because of the effect these practices have on the body!

So, first go and meditate!  It is good for you.  Second go and read Dr. Hyman’s book!

Keep Your New Year’s Resolution

It’s a new year and it is that time of year when many of us decide it is time to change.  We create “Resolutions” to change our lives for the better.  

There is only one problem with this.  Most of us create the resolution, but only follow it for a day or two.

Well I found a great video from Scott Stratten that will give you a game plan.  I love it because it is funny yet packed with information that will help you actually achieve and keep your resolution this new year!
